This is my olive and rosemary bread, one of the several sourdough breads I make for tastings at my workshops. In my kitchen 6 – 8 participants gather and make what I think is the best and easiest bread in the world! Everyone makes one loaf to take home.
I talk you through the hows and why’s of making delicious and nutritious, easy sourdough bread at home. We discuss looking after the starter using my simple method plus baking with other grains such as spelt, rye and even quinoa, although I do not have any totally gluten free experience.
The workshop requires you to attend the 1 hour evening session (7.30pm Friday Feb. 21st) followed by the 1 hour morning session (8am Sat. Feb 22nd) Then you take the finished dough home to bake in your own oven.
